ADL Marketing (“ADL”, “we”) is operated by ADL PROMOCAO E PESQUISAS DE MERCADO LTDA, CNPJ 53.907.839/0001-74, Maringá, Paraná, Brazil. This policy explains what information we collect on adlmkt.com and in the internal tools we use to deliver our services, and how we use it.
1. Who this policy covers
Visitors to adlmkt.com, people who contact us, and the businesses that hire us to manage their digital marketing (our clients).
2. Information we collect on this website
- Information you send us, such as your name, email, phone and message when you contact us.
- Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Usage data collected by analytics tools (Google Analytics through Google Site Kit), such as pages visited, device and approximate location. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
3. Information we access to deliver our services
When a client hires us, the client gives our team access to its advertising and analytics accounts (for example Google Ads). We access these accounts only to manage and report on the client’s campaigns, as agreed with the client. Our internal reporting tools connect to the Google Ads API using our own Google account, with the client’s permission, and only read campaign performance data (such as costs, clicks and conversions). We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for any purpose other than the client’s own campaigns and reports.
4. Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google Ads is stored only on ADL systems and is used only to provide reports and campaign management to the client who owns the account.
5. How we protect information
Access credentials are stored only on ADL systems and are never shared. Access to client accounts is limited to the ADL team members who work on that client.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. These rights are provided by laws such as the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and the privacy laws of several U.S. states, including California. We respond to these requests wherever you live. To make a request, contact us at the email in section 7. You may also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. Clients may remove our access to their accounts at any time in their account settings.
